Following the receipt of the product, in case of manufacturing defect be identified, we will facilitate an exchange upon submission of substantial evidence. If the requested product is unavailable, an alternative product of equal value can be selected.

  • Order number
  • Clearly state the reason for the return. In the case of a defective or incorrect product, kindly include an image of the item.
